Cnc Laser Cutting

Metal Fabrika  We are trying to develop products by using our experience of over 40 years in CNC laser cutting. In parallel with the development of our country's industry and production, our company also contributes with the innovative solutions it has developed. Our company's goals are to be the leading company with innovations in our sector with the solutions we have developed on the basis of raw materials and final products, and to provide bigger warehouses, better products, more varieties and more services in the coming years.

Where is CNC Laser Cutting Used ?

Today, CNC laser cutting is used in many places. Being a particularly risk-free method and the machine performing the process on its own, without the need for another machine, causes CNC laser cutting to be used frequently.

If there is a pattern to be applied to the material, it can be processed in an error-free, aesthetic way. It provides a great advantage especially in the production of decoration products. It may be desired to do branding on the metal material. The brand name/logo can be easily engraved on metal with laser beams. It is the first choice in cases where mass production is required. Industrial materials can be molded by laser cutting. Especially in the automotive sector, CNC laser cutting method is utilized in areas such as spare parts production.

If 3D cutting is required, CNC laser can produce perfect products. Considering how important 3D material production is today, the importance of laser cutting will also become apparent.

The CNC machine can be used to manufacture parts for other machines. This enables machine parts to be produced at low cost and high efficiency.

Laser cutting is also used in signage manufacturing. With CNC laser, aesthetic and robust signboards can be completed and delivered in a short time.

CNC laser cutting technique also plays a major role in the manufacture of instruments needed in the medical field.

CNC laser cutting machines are used to cut materials such as stainless steel, sheet metal or aluminum, which would take too long to cut in a manual way. With this method, metal can be shaped more quickly and with better quality.

CNC laser cutting technique is also utilized at points where precision work is required. Since the defect rate in laser cutting is almost zero, critical parts can be manufactured with CNC machines. Those looking for guarantee in their work and those who like to work without risk may prefer the laser cutting technique.

In its simplest form, the CNC laser can be explained as a powerful laser beam directed through optical glasses to cut the metal in the desired shape. Thanks to pre-loaded codes, the laser optics and the CNC machine guide both the metal and the laser beam. This allows various motifs to be engraved into the material, and the metal can be perfectly cut to the desired shape and made ready for use.

After the laser beams come into contact with the metal, the material melts or vaporizes at the contact points, depending on the method chosen. Metal can also be cut by thermal stretching, silicon fluxing or reactive cutting (burning).

The types of laser CNC machines are dependent on the type and requirements of the laser integrated in the equipment. Of course, the laser equipment used also changes the application area of the product. In general, facilities with Laser Cutting CNC equipment have almost all of these tips and can use different configurations for each need.

CO2 Laser Cutting Machine

The CO2 Laser Cutting Machine, which produces a beam by reacting carbon dioxide gas with high-voltage electricity, can cut materials with less density while operating at a low energy consumption level. For example, plastic materials, wood, glass and similar materials can be cut and shaped with this type of laser.

Neodymium Laser Cutting Machine

The laser cutting CNC machine where laser technology is used in the most powerful way are the machines using neodymium lasers. It is possible to cut very thick and highly resistant materials with very high intensity laser beams. Metals, ceramics and similar dense products are cut with these machines.

Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

Fiber laser cutting machine is a type of laser developed by incorporating fiber into neodymium technology. This equipment, whose sensitivity can be adjusted more finely and whose qualities such as density can be changed, is used more intensively in jobs requiring fine workmanship. This equipment is widely preferred for more detailed work on metal.
